Payments Rules, Cancellations Policy, and Refund Policy

Refunds for car rentals from Discovery Car Rental LLC will be processed within 4 weeks from the date of return. Please note that the refund policy applies to both Arabic and English-speaking customers. The policy is as follows:

  1. Refund Eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund, the customer must have returned the rental vehicle to Discovery Car Rental LLC in the same condition as it was received.

The customer must comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the rental agreement, including returning the vehicle on time and adhering to any mileage limitations or other restrictions.

Once the vehicle is returned and inspected by Discovery Car Rental LLC, the refund request will be processed.

The refund amount will be determined based on the unused portion of the rental period and any applicable fees or charges.

 The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the rental.

  1. Refund Timeline:

Discovery Car Rental LLC aims to process refunds within 4 weeks from the date of vehicle return.

 However, please note that the actual refund timeline may vary depending on factors such as bank processing times or any unforeseen circumstances.
