The official check‐in time is 15:00 hours and checkout time is 12:00 hours. In the event of a request for late Checkout, the Hotel reserves the right to charge according to time of checkout. Should the accommodation be required after 18:00 hours, an additional night’s room rate would be levied. Early check in & Late checkout is offered subject to room availability and is chargeable. 

Cancellation Policy/Early departure:

✓ If cancelled or modified before 48 hours (Low season): First night to be charged 

✓ If cancelled or modified before 72 hours (High season): Full length of stay will be charged 

✓ In case of no-show (Low season): First night will be charged 

✓ In case of no-show (High season): Full length of stay will be charged

1. Reservations & Payment Terms 

• All extra charges will be settled by company authorized guest either by cash or credit card only. 
• Room bookings has to be confirmed in advance. 
• All the payments have to be cleared before the check in (Advance Payment Required). 

2. Applicable Law 

In the event of dispute, the laws of the Sultanate of Oman are applicable.

Transportation Charges:

• Guest will need to be on time for the designated spot for pick up and drop off service; if there will be a delay this will need to be communicated in advance to the Reservation staff.
• One way Transfer from Muscat to Discovery Apartment Amerat is RO 25 per vehicle and Duqm airport to Discovery Apartment Duqm is RO 18. This will be a saloon car.

Birthday and Honey moon Policy

• Fruit basket and card upon arrival in the room
• If there is a request for Cake and Flowers this will be at an additional cost.
• Guests will need to inform at the time of booking.

Reservations Procedure

• Partner will confirm the Sale/Cancellation/Amendments directly by Email. Telephonic Conversation will not be considered valid booking.
• To check Room availability please sends an email to the Reservation team of the respective property.
• All Reservation must be sent by Email to the reservation email of the property.
• The booking should clearly specify the below:
• Surname, first name of the guest and any sharers
• Age of the Children if applicable
• Number and Category of the rooms
• Date and Time of Arrival and Departure
• Early departure will be charged for the full length of the stay reserved.

Please Note: All guests should submit service voucher or our confirmation voucher at the time of check in. Guest will need to present their Photo ID or a passport as this is mandatory by law.
